3
~2.25 hose clamp ? O'Reilley's / LOWE's
1
tire valve stem ? (free) any tire shop or parts store

Instructions:

1) Go buy the stuff.

2) Take the 3" PVC cap and sand off the lettering, etc. on top to provide a smooth surface for the valve stem to seal up on.

3) Drill a hole for the valve stem to fit through.  The hole needs to be very tight, so be carefull to test fit the valve stem often when the hole becomes close to the correct size.  If you get the valve stem from a tire shop, then they should have a tool for pulling them onto wheels.  Pull the valve stem through your new hole.  A little "slick 'em" might help if the hole is tight.

4) Slide the 3" PVC cap into the 3" end of the rubber, 3"-to-2" coupler.  This is pretty hard.  Try that slick 'em again if you need to.  :)

5) Put on the 3" hose clamp and tighten it down.

You can actually stop here and use what you have as a system pressure tester.  I continued on and added the long 2-1/4" hose so that it would be easier to fit the system pressure tester onto the car.  The 2-1/4" hose should be great for pressure testing a car with just about all the Mitsu. turbos from the T25 to the 20G.

Well, that's it.  Now go fix your car.
